Leanne Johnson - Bio

Leanne Johnson is a strategic human resources professional who develops and implements proactive business solutions. She has experience in both the public and private sectors where she has designed several new employee orientation programs.

Leanne partners with Westwood Dynamics in the area of orientation research and presents workshops on new employee orientation programs. Leanne is co-author, with Roberta Westwood, of "Take Orientation Online", an ASTD Info-line published in December 2002.

Leanne is presently Director, Human Resources for Sun Rich Fresh Foods based in British Columbia, Canada, and presents a variety of internal seminars on dealing with conflict and performance management. Leanne is a graduate of the University of Calgary.
